Why one contract

Six vendors or one?
The math is obvious.

Most convention programs involve six or more separate vendor relationships — a staffing agency, a logistics company, a storage facility, a separate site inspection firm, a contract consultant, and an AV coordinator. Each has its own contract, its own timeline, and its own point of contact.

When something goes wrong between vendors — and it always does — there is no single party accountable. Trident manages all six under one contract, one timeline, and one event manager on the floor.

The result is not just administrative simplicity — it is program reliability. One team knows the full picture at all times.
